  • I have PPO insurance, they told me they need to reach out to my insurance for a referral, 1 month later they still have not even called me back and when I reached out to my child's primary care physician they state with my insurance I don't even need a referral. Unsure what is wrong with this place, if you are to busy for a new patient then tell me that so I can go elsewhere, my child needs to be seen!
