I am in this Walmart about 2-3 times a week. This location is clean ,well organized and I usually don't have to wait too long to cash out. The only bad thing about this location is the Pharmacy. I went there to drop off prescriptions and at the drop off counter I stood there and made eye contact with the pharmacist. Even after we made eye contact she went back to looking at her computer screen. So after a few minute of just standing there I asked if she was going to help and then she said "in a moment". She finally comes to help me and she tells me it will be ready in half an hour. I come back 45 minutes later and when I go to the pick up counter there is a guy in front of me standing there. We are standing there for 5 minutes in clear view and no one says anything to either of us or even acknowledges us. There are three people behind the counter. I ask the man in front of me if he has been helped yet he says that he hasn't!! So I ask the people behind the counter if we can get some help. The pharmacist associate then comes over and says "yes?" to the guy in front of me. She helps him and then she helped me after that.
The customer service in that part of the store is really lacking and they are very unprofessional. I understand places get busy but atleast acknowledge the customers and say something like "I will be with you in a minute" at the very least. Don't just flat out ignore the customers.
