  • Went in for a 4 wheel alignment as I had received a coupon for $20 of the normal $79 rate, called and made appt. very close to my house. Arrived on time and they took my BMW back, but after a few minutes they informed me I would have to go to the Lindsay location due to the Higley location's machine couldn't go low enough to properly align my BMW (the car is stock height)? Kind of annoying as I had mentioned when I made the appt and specifically asked if BMWs were an issue. Anyways I had time so I went to the Lindsay location and I was told that because it was a BMW the cost is $99 normally, $79 with coupon...I said no way...guy said he would honor the $79 quote from the other location so with my coupon total would be $59 (annoying I had to deal with that as he was aware I had already been inconvenienced by having to go to this other location)....nevertheless after about 30 minutes later they were done with the alignment and the car is driving real well...so overall an ok experience however they need to be more educated on what cars they can and can't work on at the Higley location, a BMW 3 series is not exactly a rare vehicle....lol
