  • I will be finding another car wash. I used to get my car cared for here when it was Classic Car Spa. They did a hand wash and a bang up job with a hand wax and hand detail of the inside of my car. I came here - no more hand wash, and they charged me 50% more. They told me about two hours. Fine, that's pretty normal. Well, after it went through the newly installed NON hand wash, it sat in the bay for two hours without ANYONE touching it. I just watched the cars lining up in there. I had finally had enough. I was refunded my $$ because the time stamp was right there on my receipt. They offered to "hook me up" the next time I come in - NO THANKS. I'll be shopping for a new car wash, sadly.
