  • This place is a vendor for 1 800 FLOWERS and THEY ARE THE WORST. Ordered some flowers for a friend and I was EMBARRASSED when I saw them, I apologized profusely but she knew it wasn't my fault when THEY SENT TWO DOZEN ROSES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE TRASH A WEEK AGO. I called and spoke with Yvette Flores (owner) and she was one of the rudest people on the face of the earth. I have a complaint in against them with 1 800 FLOWERS, hopefully they'll follow up. It's not about the money. If you want to send flowers to someone most people would like them to get something nice, NOT the case her. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT OF USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PERSON YOU'RE SENSING FLOWERS TO!
