rev:text	Marc is a horrible horrible horrible customer service associate. Rude to start. He knew there were another 2 shuttles full of people at the airport yet he let the driver leave early to go get his wife. People were left stranded at the airport. He then wrote down what times all of he 9 people were to leave in the morning for the airport. He wrote the times down wrong. I got a toddler and kid up an hour earlier than needed. Pull your crap together. I'll never stay here again.
