My wife and I were looking for a new couch and we bought one, ok deal. However, we also found a chair which we purchased and took home only to realize (though the sales man said it was just how the material looked) that the cushion portion of the chair was damaged. When we brought back to return they told us the chair was fine and they would not exchange the chair or return our money. My wife said they need to respond better with customer service and let us return the chair with refund. The manager responded by kicking us out of the store and threatening to call the police if we did not leave.
Do not shop here is best advice for anyone!
Updated - Dana, could not see how to respond to you other than like this it was the store on Spring Mountain and across the street is an empty lot. We purchased a brown sectional and it was about two and a half years ago. Because my original post was removed by yelp at your request (that is what they emailed anyway) I had to resubmit with more detail so it would meet the YELP community guidelines. I do not remember specifically who the two who were working that night we went to return the chair, but believe he was the manager. Maybe he is not there anymore? However, with over 20 years supervisory/management experience myself if it was really a concern to prevent those behaviors would never be tolerated to begin with and supervision/ownership would be paying better attention to who they are hiring and keeping employed. However, that is just my opinion and importantly there are many furniture options in Vegas especially with the new IKEA store off 215.
