  • I join the LVAC just to swim laps. The pool is murky and crowded. There are 2 lanes, with usually 2 people per lane, sometimes 3. Because of the poor conditions, I sprained my shoulder swimming. The club will not let me out of my membership unless I can show a permanent disability. I received no discount for joining and I am now long using their facilities. Now I am getting hassled constantly to pay for something I am not using. I was very wrong in joining in the first place.
