  • 515 miles from home, lowered 1994 Chevy Suburban with a broken lower Ball Joint on Sunday night..AAA took me to ghetto spot and dropped my truck off.The next day at 7am Sam answered the phone on the 2nd ring and I was pleased when he said he could fix it! Most think Firestone- Tires Shocks, Alignments...NOT a ball joint replacement. Talked with Robert once I had my truck towed to Firestone and he and Shark took care of my Truck with the utmost care and ability. I cant thank these Gentleman enough at this location for taking care of getting my Family safely back to California and within the quoted price even without seeing the vehicle...Top Notch Shop!
