  • Home Depot used them for my home as a contractor. I would say the plumber seemed alright, the only issue I had was he placed my toilet in front of my shower and I had to remove it so I can shower later. Also the fact they're not open on Saturday and Sunday made it difficult, because I had to disconnect my toilet on a Friday there schedule due to them closing on the weekend. The plumber again was alright, but dispatchers need a little more courtesy over the phone. To be closed on the weekends I guess is normal for some businesses, but I personally wouldn't use them in the future.
