  • I've eaten at Coopers enough times to give a true review. Interior is run down, could use a renovation. Food service is very slow. No refills on pop. There was one time I didn't finish 2 of my wings and the waitress charged me for not finishing them. Should be a 1 star, but gave a 2 because their wings do taste bomb!
