  • Let me paint a picture for you. I live on the second floor. Problem #1. There are cars lining the street in front of me. Problem #2. The water supply is located underneath and away from my balcony. Problem #3. It didn't matter to Kamil. He worked so that we could get all his equipment up on top of the balcony and cleaned my carpets in the manner of minutes. Even when his hose disconnected he didn't waver. Even though he had to clean his hoses because they were dragged through dirt. Even when the *sprinklers* came on while he was packing up he did not complain. A true professional through and through. I will always think of Kamil when I need my carpets cleaned.
