I used to go here a lot when I lived closer and thought I'd make the drive to check it out again. The first thing that really caught me off guard was the fact that they charge you to use a shopping cart... are you kidding me? You're basically sending the image that you don't want your customers to shop here. I mean if you don't have a place to put your stuff where do you put it? There was no way I was going to pay for a cart so I bought only what I could carry. I imagine they're actually losing money by doing this. Store is crowded and disorganized.
