  • Like most of the other reviews here, we received fast, friendly service repairing my wife's cracked iPad screen. They were open on the holiday, and we were even 15 minutes late after their stated closing time, but the young gentleman was still there so we were able to get the machine back that afternoon. He was willing to take the time to answer my wife's questions and share a couple of tips as well, so overall an excellent experience. I did not shop around as far as prices, but I'm certain it was fair and much less than having to replace the unit and go through all the usual hassles of transferring stuff, etc. Well done!
