  • I would never return here. I mentioned the special and everyone got quiet and eventually started talking in Vietnamese. I mean, why have a special if its so taboo to ask for it? I literally heard the lady who did my nails say in between Vietnamese talk "special" Vietnamese talk. I was so confused as to why I felt like I had offended them for asking to redeem the Monday only special for $49... Also, I just got my nails done and they are already chipping! Did they use a special product that was lower quality because I didn't pay the full price? And she only dried my nails for about 20-30 seconds in between polishes.... She didn't even buff them when she finished. I mean, total disappointment. Another really rude thing was that she was ask me questions, but would be on the phone with an earpiece and ignore my responses. I eventually stopped responding but I found that to be borderline disrespectful. I don't get why a person would act interested in what I had to say (for no apparent reason because I was totally in my own head without her conversation) & them absolutely disregard my responses. Wtf? Yeah, they lost my business. FOH.
