  • I ordered a bed frame over 3 months ago and it STILL has not been delivered. I scheduled the delivery, took off work, only to have them not show up. When I called them to find out why they didn't deliver it, a rude man told me that it wasn't going to be delivered until a week later because they were taking some time off for the 4th of july (today is June 28th...i wish i got a week off for the holiday). This bed better be the most amazing thing I have ever spent WAY too much money on for the customer service I am getting. Save yourself the wait, the headache, and the money and go elsewhere.
