  • It's a quaint little spot for sure - very "shi shi" if you're looking for a quick grab spot in the financial district. I found it overpriced - and the sandwich I chose (a club sandwich minus bacon plus some sort of mayo? Avocado mayo?) ended up with me going through a bout of food poisoning. Not a great way to end my first (and last) trip to Maman. Three stars for its esthetically-pleasing decor and setup and pastry selections. The lemon poppyseed loaf was dry. I can't believe I'm saying this - but for great lemon loaf, go to Starbucks.
