Very disappointing !
I'm a properly manager and I scheduled appointment between 11am- 2pm. on a specific day so I can be at the property after tenants checked out . The technician went to the property very early in the morning to bother my tenants to access during their stay and of course they did not let him in.
Then when I called to reschedule, the phone person was so rude like it was my fault that she messed up the schedule. I cancelled and called different company with better customer service
