  • After reading some other reviews and my recent experience. I've got to add my 2cents. IF Charles Si, is the agent listed ask for someone else.he never met, spoke or responded to my wife and myself. He definitely took our $100 bucks tho. Truly unprofessional. As I'm in the customer service industry. I'm am glad I'm not in the business of just taking peoples money. There may be some good agents there BUT HE IS NOT ONE OF THEM. TO busy to contact us but not busy enough to take take your money. DO NOT DEAL WITH CHARLES SI
