  • This is our 5th time staying at Holiday Inn Desert Club, as we visit Vegas each year and use our timeshare as a trade. This years visit was disappointing in comparison. PROs: Love the staff. Very friendly, very accommodating, we weren't harassed about attending any sales seminars, the room itself is always beautiful, the shuttle to the strip is awesome and the location is convenient to the strip. Cons: A water pipe broke and before altering patrons they shut the water off with an ETA of 4 hours - eiw. The wifi/tv went down - no ETA on when that was going to be fixed, the safe in our room didnt work, and they put us all the way in the very back of the resort (about a 5 minute walk) to the front and it wasnt crowded, and the pool in the very very back of the resort - where we were given a room - was out of order. We will likely stay at this location again, however, we may look a little harder to find something else for our visit next year.
