I've gone here a few times and went to the family medicine clinic as well as to the walk-in.
The building as others have mentioned seem to need renovation. The waiting room in the family medicine clinic is in a glass room. There are a few AC outlets so if you are lucky enough to have a seat next to the outlet, you can charge your phone/device if you have your charger with you. Generally, with an appointment, there will be the standard long wait so you should bring something to read or to keep yourself occupied. In the waiting room, I found that the signal strength wasn't great for my phone so browsing was hit/miss and there is also no free WiFi.
In the walk-in, they do the standard triage and like other health clinics/hospitals, based on the "severity", they will call your number so people showing up after you show up might be seen first. There are a few AC outlets in the waiting area of the walk-in as well.
The only thing that I wished is that this place had free WiFi which would make waiting (in the family medicine area or the walk-in area) to be called less bothersome.
