  • Thought I should finally leave a review for this place! Discovered Alma a few years ago and the rest is history. I'm not the type of person to get my eyebrows done regularly (maybe once every two months), but whenever I need my eyebrows threaded I come to this spot. All the staff are super sweet, efficient & professional, just totally lovely people through and through (with a lot of knowledge about their products!) Plus the service itself is just phenomenal; I can usually just call in and book an appointment the same day. I've even run late a few times and they've still managed to fit me in. Now that I'm moving away from Toronto, I realize how spoiled I've been with this spa. Don't know if I'll find a place even close to its level of excellence elsewhere. Cheers to the years!
