  • DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! (See pic of receipt and the damage caused). I have added this posting on 5 other websites outside of Yelp because it was deleted. You can't treat customers unfair and cry to Yelp to remove reviews. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHING HERE for dry cleaning because the General Manager's method of Service Recovery is avoidance. I dropped off 8 items; one was a buttoned up polo I recently purchased for $125 , and shortly after I picked up my cloths, I noticed 2 of my shirts had sleeves ripped in identical locations. (See attached photos.) I contacted the General Manager Jerry, who supervises both locations on Shea and Frank Lloyd. After listening to my feedback via phone and WITHOUT seeing the shirts, Jerry insisted it was not a mechanical issue and that the rips in both shirts must have come from sitting in a chair. Jerry stated that I could come by the store but he leaves at 1pm every day. I stopped by the store at 740 am and front line staff stated the manager was present... only to return to the front counter a few moments later stating Jerry was "in a "meeting" offsite with the owner, and for me to leave my shirts, they will "fix them" and that "accidents happen". I agree that accidents happen but I will not leave my shirts in possession of a store where the franchise owner, supports a Manager who will not appropriately interface with customer service issues and uses frontline teenage staff to resolve complaints above their pay grade. I asked the front counter person for the corporate number and for this reason they contacted Jerry on their cell. Repeating what Jerry said, the staff person responded "He says neither he nor the owner knows the corporate office number and you can GOOGLE it." Overall this is a mere franchise ruining a corporate brand's name. Save your money and take your clothing to businesses that will appropriately follow up, because the common scheme at Tide Dry Cleaners is they want you to drop off your ripped cloths so that they can patch them up with shoddy work after their machines have ruined it. Check out the yelp website for this location there are similar reviews. *****update***** And don't post automated messages like you care or that you reached out. You already know who I am and you failed to provide customer service, saying "Google it" for the corporate office number. Well, you and the owner can google these negative reviews. And we'll see how many shirts you dry clean after I warn consumers on OTHER sites about your foolishness. Two shirts cut in the same location from the same transaction and you couldn't keep it real and acknowledge y'all screwed up and then was rude to me?! I can buy more shirts, but knowing that people are aware of your defective store practices and lack of real time responsiveness is quite gratifying.
