  • I was actually surprised to find that other people also reviewed Natural 9 (I thought only me and my friends loved it!), but I have to say that they are my absolute favourite BBT store. The drinks are the best! They're cheaper than other places, the portions are bigger, and they're always really tasty. They only use a minimal amount of ice or none at all if you ask (unlike other places down the street that fill almost 2/3 of the container with ice). The tapioca is free with any drink, so if you order let's say, green apple jelly, they will still give you tapioca too. The owners said they make the tapioca themselves. The owners are very friendly, and often give out discount coupons or loyalty cards.
