  • I came here tonight with a group of 7 friends for a reservation at 7:30pm. We were told that we couldn't be seated until everyone arrived, so we all made sure to get there early. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated, we were told that they didn't have a table for us yet as other large parties were seated. Finally, at 8:20pm we were given a table. Since we had almost an hour to wait for a table, we all knew what we wanted to order and ordered right as we sat down. It took almost 25 minutes to get our food and several sushi rolls never came out (even after reminding the waiter multiple times). Despite all this, the food was good and we were having a good time... until.... Some of us had parked on the street in front of the apartments next to Biwon because Biwon's parking lot is very small and had no open spaces. There were NO signs anywhere that said we couldn't park on the street. After dinner, we walk out and see that 2 of our group's cars got towed. We walked back inside to ask if they knew where the cars got towed to and why they were towed and were told where the cars are and that signs were put up as we were eating... but no manager or worker went around to tell anyone in the restaurant. Who knows how many other patrons' cars were towed tonight. I will not return, as there are several other places with better food, better service, and a better location.
