  • Visited Dillards on 1/1/16 for their wonderfully advertised sale. The ladies' shoe section was roped off with two guards. You had to fall in line for hours to even be allowed to browse/shop for shoes. Apparently there were only 8 associates who can only serve 80 at a time. There was so much space and room for other shoppers to go in, it was ridiculous. Talk about not staffing adequately or just proving a point of who's in control. This is no way to treat customers. Bet they lost potential sales with the way it was handled. Five stars for hype, 1 star for customer service.
