  • Our appointment was useless ! It was at 0900 hrs, we arrived ahead of time.... was not seen until 0932 hrs. The woman at the front desk was RUDE to say the least. Upon returning home, phoned to speak with supervisor TWICE, and TWICE I left a message and requested a return call. This did NOT happen. I phoned the main office and what did they do, referred the call to the supervisor that would return either one of my calls. The woman at the front desk, was she having a bad day or is she by nature rude?
