rev:text	Bottom line....maintenance isn't very helpful, they keep raising rent, and office staff is unaccommodating. In all fairness they keep a clean place when there aren't homeless people wandering in. But they suck as land lords. I've lived here for two years, and every time I signed a new lease they would raise the rent. Eventually we had problems with some of the appliances, specifically our dishwasher, our washer, and our dryer. The dryer would take 2 cycles to fully dry our clothes, the washer would start getting really loud and sound like someone was kicking it. But my favorite was the dishwasher. it worked okay for a while, But then after a while we would run a load of dishes and still have debris on the dishes. After bringing this to management's attention, they sent out maintenance who would tell us that there's nothing wrong with the dishwasher. Furthermore, the people in the office are inconsiderate. I went to pay rent, and was literally down the street from them. After asking them to stay open for 30 seconds more so I could pay rent really quick, they told me that they promptly close at 5. I arrived at 4:59, and they had already locked up and left the office. I can understand wanting to go home, but it would have taken them an extra 30 seconds out of their day. By the way, we even got a write up from them for "Going up the stairs too loudly." We never really threw a party, and we never really left the house as a group. We also tried switching to a 2 bedroom from a 3 bedroom, and they gave us some bull shit story about why we had to break the lease and sign a new one. Can't remember all the details on that one, though...Thanks GPV...I hope others find your lack of customer service to be useful.
