Been coming here for many years, but have had issues on my last 2 visits. On my previous visit (a battery replacement) I realized after I went home that my radio and a few other functions were locked. Turns out they failed to enter a code to restore the electric functions and pre-sets, so I had to return a second time for them to finish the job. Today, I brought my car in because it was hesitating before turning over. I knew the battery wasn't dead, but suggested the charge might be low, or there might be another issue. The battery in fact needed to be changed, but it was covered under a 3-year warranty. My issue is that I paid $103 in labor costs for installing a "free" battery. Over $57 of that were diagnostic testing to determine that the problem was the battery, even though I mentioned that was my suspicion. Then I was charged for the battery itself, and had to call back to tell them it should be covered under warranty...information they had in their system. They asked me to return to correct the billing. Today's 2-star review is because 1.) I feel like I was overcharged ($103) for labor on replacing a free battery, and 2.) I am frustrated that I have to double-check the work/billing and had to return to the garage twice on the last 2 visits to correct mistakes made.
