I am speechless. I am a current customer. I called to add TV to my service. The customer service representative was terrible. They cut my internet speed and tried not telling me in order to meet a price and when I questioned it, they hung up on me. I was I had customers calling me for business. I wanted to hand them business and they hung up on me. I can see why cable companies will share the same fate as blockbuster video. You need to value customers. They are what built your business.
