rev:text	It's true that the hotel is beautiful. I just couldn't get past the price of everything. For paying for such a nice place, you would think that you would be treated a little better than staying at any other hotel. I booked this with the Groupon package, and you could tell that the front desk didn't really know what was going on. They had me running all over the hotel to try and print this out, and there were so many different people working at the front desk, that by the time I came back from my errand of trying to print my groupon voucher (isn't the point of having the mobile app to not make me have to print those things?) I had to explain the whole process over again. I had booked two separate stays and the dates I had booked were all wrong. Since the dates were wrong, they told me the only room available with two beds was the luxury upgrade. I had no choice then but to pay the $40 for the upgraded "luxury room". Then they told me my room wasn't ready yet (even though I called and requested early check in in advance). I asked how long and they said an hour. I had to leave for a meeting so I had to change in the bathroom (luckily one of the men holding my bags gave me the tip to change in the health club). I went to my meeting and four hours later I came back and the room still wasn't ready. I complained and they gave me a $25 coupon to use at their restaurants (which cost about $60 per meal anyways...) At night the air wasn't working and so the next night I switched rooms. At check out I noticed I was charged some fees that didn't make sense and was told it was a "groupon glitch". Glad I noticed it because I would have just paid extra money. I'm still not confident that the bill is correct and am waiting for the accounts dept. to call me back. I paid $179 for two nights and somehow with all the fees and charges I ended up paying over $600. something doesn't add up. The place is very pretty, but I'm not sure it was worth the stress of it all. The groupon "deal'" didn't end up being a deal at all. Also, the breakfast was great, but if it were not included (which is wasn't for one night of my stays) it was about $30 per person. Very expensive - not to mention all of the construction going on.
