  • Kim Brontsema was nice, and the facility was clean.. But I am giving only 1 star because this P.A. diagnosed my husband with pink eye. Gave him eye drops and his eye wasn't even red. Eye got worse so went to regular Dr and he has 3 infected styes and needs an ophthalmologist. She said this COULD become serious if not treated correctly. My issue is Kim at urgent care really didn't take any time with my husband. Friendly, but didn't want to really investigate. Just tossed out the pink eye diagnosis and flew out the door. I'm not pleased with our experience at all.
