  • Save your money. Once Pinnacle took over managment, the complex has gone down hill. I have lived here for over 5 years. The base rent is reasonable BUT all the fee's added will be an additional $200. Let's see their valet trash pickup $25 no choice you have to take this service..oh and they dump the trash in the trash bins already on site. You also pay $14 for trash pickup. Right there almost $40 just for trash. You have to take their cable package with Cox, that runs $96. Water runs around $25, little fees to send you your statement etc. Residents leave dog poop everywhere, like you are going to follow them to see where they live. Some guy got his butt kicked and he was laying right inside the complex. They are all excited about getting their office remodeled, which does not benefit the residents at all but sure we will be paying for it. Oh and let's close the pool right before Memorial Day and the end of school. Their stupid politically correct responses never resolve any issues. Oh and don't ever expect a call back when you have an issue, we have called left messages, never a call back.
