  • Last week, I visited the store the first time. The lady called Deep was very hospitable and friendly, cuz I just simple missed the access, she came outside to help me finding the parking/store. I had eyebrow threaded with her - the place looks neat and she was quick and providing good advice on the brows. Which led me to book the service on eyelash extensions with another aesthetician. The eyelash extension session took less than an hour, the look is very natural (if that's what you like perfect, however I was hoping to have them thicker and darker, to serve the purpose of getting them done :)) but I was told that my lashes are too weak and thin to hold more lashes, she made another attempt but still not much difference. The second day, I already noticed three lashes were already falling off, and the lashes in the inner corner were inverting toward my eye. So I called and hope to get some touch up, or simply get them removed - the owner called back and advised since the aesthetician isn't in everyday I'll have to deal with it for another 2days :( I'd still recommend the place for its location, cleanliness and threading(waxing looks good too however I haven't tried) but most likely I'll need to look for another place for eyelash extension.
