  • Being woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning had me grumpy - my husband's Ford F-350 dually work truck broke down out in Mesa & he needed a tow truck. my Allstate Roadside assistance Assigned this towing company and I'm so grateful & happy with that referral, let me explain why: Allstate advised me of an out of pocket overage cost- I agreed. Then they called me back to say they told the towing company my truck was a light duty when in fact it is a heavy duty & Allstate said they did not know how much more I would be charged. I spoke to Lauren at Quik Pik before I knew this and she said a driver would be out in about 1 hr. I drove to the location so my husband could go on to work & I would ride back with the vehicle. Lauren called me back while I was on my way to let me know that although my vehicle required a different tow truck, they would honor the same price I had been quoted & what the insurance was willing to pay. She offered to have the driver call me 10 minutes out. Lauren was polite & helpful from the beginning to the end- nice to deal with. The driver who responded is named Irish; He is an phenomenal driver and an outstanding person. He was friendly & his experience was obvious. I can't say enough about him. The drive home with him turned my whole day around- by the time I Got home I wasn't grumpy! The customer service this business provided exceeded my expectations! we own 3 -Ford F-350 duallys and we've had at least 4 tows between them and no other company came close to the level of customer service or professionalism that Quik Pik provided. They were there in 1 hour as I had been told. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
