  • I had to call and email several times to try and book a day for an ATV tour which was not ideal since I had a limited amount of time to purchase a recent Groupon deal. We finally booked a spot for the last day of our trip. On the morning of our trip (after going to bed early the night before to be ready for the day!!!) we received a call from the ATV people saying that all of their ATV's were under maintenance! All of them! So none of us could go that day! Seeing as this was the highlight of our trip and the only activity that was actually planned besides a few dinner places, it really puts a whole damper on our trip. I would not recommend this company for anyone who really enjoys good and reliable customer service. It is definitely a gamble to book with this company!
