  • Change the culture and change the business! I've tried this location before and was not impressed with the service. I tried them again, took in a few pieces of silver jewelry and inquired on a product to polish them. Mark demonstrated a sliver cleaner and proceeded to clean all my silver pieces!! No Charge :) I asked about a repair on a small silver anklet that had broken, Mark gave me a quote, took a 2nd look and repaired it in seconds. For a nominal price (less that $25) I got 4 pieces of silver jewelry polished, an anklet repaired and 2 sliver cleaning products! What a bargain for Fast Fix in Fashion Square Mall! Fast Fix, you have won my business and trust back! Mark is the friendliest and most helpful employee I've ever met in this location! Huge change in customer service attitude! Thank you!
