  • Had these guys come out last year for multiple trees to be taken down and cut up. He came to our home quickly for an estimate, and completed the job quickly as well. The trees were taken down, no damage to the property, the price was high, but fair given the number of trees that had to be addressed. The fallen trees were not cut up as promised, so we still have a massive pile of (now rotting) trees in our backyard. He took liberties of grinding stumps and cutting parts of trees that we did not ask him to (this was NOT helpful, but rather disappointing). He also left a huge pile of wood chips and made it seem like he was doing us a favor.....it took months for us to move all of it and compost it! When he never returned to cut up the pile of wood, we inquired about it. He gave excuses, and then began with a vicious text tirade pages long of obscenities, profanities and insults to my husband and I. I eventually had to block the man because it was so offensive and abusive. We would have likely used them again had he not flown off the handle like that. It was rather scary.
