| - Terrible service, I went in on a Saturday night, and while I expected them to be busy, was never even acknowledged, after standing there for approx 5 minutes I walked out.
I came back on a Wednesday afternoon, and was the only person in the store, had some questions about upgrading my line, Blake was clearly not interested in offering any assistance, he pulled my information up eventually, wasn't listening to the questions about paying off an upgrade and incorporating a new line that I was asking about, and rather than trying to find a solution said "I don't know what to tell you, it says it right there on the screen". I asked how I do make something work, his solution was wait another year, or pay approx $900. Pathetic
