  • This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I had the pleasure of having Ryan as my tech. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and really personable. I would definitely recommend this place. The studio is really nice Inside and my whole experience lasted two hours and Ryan was extremely gentle with my lashes. I will definitely be coming back. Update: I'm writing this review a few months later only because I just couldn't let my first review be the reason someone else gets burned.. so here's an update of what happened. I tried reaching out several times to the tech and even the owner herself two weeks later for my fill which was part of the Groupon I purchased. I never had any response from Ryan about setting up a new appointment. I reached out to the owner herself and got responses every few hours saying she would get back to me. But never heard a peep after a day of bugging her. I finally decided to contact Groupon and get my money back. Next time I'll wait to get all the services before putting my foot in my mouth. Very disappointed.
