  • I subscribe to Groupon and when I saw the ad and the price I thought "What a deal" How easy, I can get a professional whitening treatment and then maintain it as needed. The website says one can obtain 8 shades whiter as a result ie: 2 treatments. The Groupon was two treatments. I am about 45 minutes drive, one way, to their Scottsdale site but I thought this is such a great deal, I'd do it. Groupon has a three day cancellation window if you want to cancel or change your order. Once reading the reviews on Yelp, I canceled my order. Of the 6 reviews left in a period of about two- three months, all but one of the 6 were 1 star, with very dissatisfied customers. I am glad I was able to cancel the order but disappointed that this company had such a bad reputation. I would have liked to have used the Groupon. It's such a shame that companies do not realize the value of good customer service and how it is so important to their success.
