  • Stopped in today for two things and neither panned out. Lack of customer service and out right rude staff. Needed two things. 1. A screw for my son's guitar and 2. Wanted to discuss lessons for my son. The gentleman working this evening was clearly disappointed to have customers walk in. When I asked for a replacement screw for my son's guitar (Lost one but removed one from the neck to bring with us on our search), the sharp response was "I would replace the whole thing". When I asked again if he had the screw, his reply was "I will have to see the guitar". While this 10 second conversation took place, my son was struming a guitar next to us (we are in a guitar store which happens to advertise "lessons for any age") which resulted in the guy yelling at my son. Didn't get the chance to ask the guy about lessons. We just up and left. Went to Ace hardware and easily got the replacement screw without any attitude. Now off to google a better place for lessons.
