  • I went in to have business cards printed, and while the business cards were decent enough, what I really took issue with was the customer service and professionalism. The communication was poor and the focus on customer service was lacking. For one, the completion of my order took several days longer than expected. When I was told the order was ready for pick up, the explanation of the delay was that there was an error in the order and it required reprinting. I would have been understanding to this but no one communicated to me that there would be a delay when it was discovered. Second, it took nearly 30 minutes to pick up an order that should have taken less than 5 minutes. I walked in and there were no other customers there. It took about 5 minutes for someone to look over and acknowledge me. Third, I ordered two sets of business cards and specifically requested they be separated into two invoices as I placed orders for two businesses I run. This was a specific request that I made from the start that was important. The representative I was working with presented me with one invoice for the two orders. When I made mention of this request and that it needed to be separated he stated "I can't" and "it's too late" to which my response was I need them separate. He went to another representative and requested it be separated. It took them another 10-15 minutes to do this. My thought was, why tell me (the customer) you can't when you clearly could? Fourth, I waited another 10-15 minutes while the representative took a phone call with another customer while I waited for him to swipe my credit card so I could leave. When he finally completed my order, he failed to return my credit card and had to be reminded to do so. For the purpose of lack of competence and customer service, I would not return nor recommend this business. There are so many options within Las Vegas, why support a business that does not understand customer service?
