  • Flooded my house during an installation of a washer, the hack couldn't speak english or understand how piping works, I shut off the water and what not while the "crew" looked on dumbfounded. 4 hours later after convincing them to use any available plumber instead of their go to guy, the leak was fixed. Took another week for the walls to dry, then paint and texture. 6 months later I receive a call from the plumber threatening to lien my house for an unpaid bill, needless to say, the threat of sueing convined this company to suck it up and pay the bill. The plumber sent me a copy of the reciept showing the bill was satisfied. If you purchase anything from Home Depot, make sure their subs are legit and insured. Use at your own risk, you've been warned.
