"Katrine" who does the alterations, seems to have no idea how to put a zipper on a pair of pants. I had a brand new pair of Miss Sixty jeans, never worn because the original flimsy plastic zipper broke when I put them on and zipped them up. I'm a size 6 and not overweight by the way. I took it to Mr & Mrs Dry Cleaners twice and Karine repaired the zipper instead of replacing it - twice. It broke a third time (again just while simply zipping them up), and when I took it back recently she finally put a metal zipper on it. I had asked for a metal zipper the first time, but she had said it wasn't necessary. She then said I owed her $13.00. Really? For what? Fixing something she should have done in the first place. I refused to pay that amount and asked for a discount for the time and effort and previous amounts of money spent on fixing the zipper by her hands (about $6.00). She became very irate and said over and over "no discount", "you should have came in when it broke last year". Um, I did. After much back and forth arguing, she aggressively took the pants and took the zipper out! I was shocked at her behaviour, but more so at the sight of the zipper... an ugly brown zipper that looked already well worn. I left with my pants and took them to another alteration outfit. Katrine has no customer relation skills, and no sense of what is right and wrong. Apparently she is the owner of this particular Mr & Mrs Drycleaners. and that's why she is so nasty in her behavior, and lets the blonde lady usually do the talking.
