  • Sent my mom here for Mother's Day and I am simply shocked at the number of stars this place has. She received the worst polish job I have ever seen from a professional. It was sloppily done, her toes had paint all around the nails and spots were missing paint altogether. I reached out to them and the owner never acknowledged my issue or apologized. Instead she was condescending and insulting. I was appalled. If you read through her responses to people's bad reviews you can see what kind of customer service she offers. Please don't fall for the chic decor. There are too many other options in north Phoenix.
