After reading the reviews a few weeks ago, I bookmarked this place. My husband and I were so looking forward to having a late lunch here today.
Not sure what's going on at this place but the service was non existent. As soon as we walked in we got seated in an area with about 4 other diners eating lunch. It was kinda strange but it was very quiet in this restaurant.
A wait person, with a frown on her face approached our table and poured us some water and handed us our menus. I mean it was blatant that this server was not having a good day. I asked her nicely if lunch was still available and she frowned again and this time at my husband. Who by the way wasn't even speaking.
After she walks away, another 5 minutes go by and I flag her down and ask again where our waitress was. Again, another frown.
At that point, knowing that we were going to have a minimum $25 plus meal here my husband and I both decided to walk out and eat at a place that wants our business.
The funny thing about the whole thing was as we were walking out, a girl behind the bar area says, " have a good day. "
To which I replied to, " that would be great if we actually got to eat. " Usually I would take the time to talk to management but I just got the feeling that they really didn't care. It was already so obvious to us.
Again, not sure what's going on here and super disappointed but there's a serious disconnect with how they treat their customers and what they need to do to keep them.
This was by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced in AZ as it was just basically non existent.
