  • I went to this place after a recommendation from a friend who's a stylist herself since her salon wasn't open that day and I really wanted my hair done! I had an appointment with Megan, I told her what I wanted and she explained to me why it wouldn't work on my hair. Instead we went with an Ombre look. It came out ok but my hair looked orange! I called the next day and asked if they could fix it because I was really unhappy with it after living with it for a day and the girl told me I could come in. when I got there I asked if there would be a charge and she said no, because it was a redo. Well, she didn't communicate this to my hairstylist because she wanted to charge me and it made it really awkward for me to tell her at the very end of the appointment I was told there would be no charge!! She was totally nice about the situation to me but I could tell she was upset so I at least left her a good tip. I would go back if it weren't for that very awkward situation because after the redo my hair looked great and my stylist was amazing!
