  • I've come here several time in the last few years. Sometimes it's a 3 star service and sometimes it's a 1 star like today. They never really have it together in there. We walked in and there was a few orders up on the board to be made but no one making food, there was however someone taking orders and someone as cashier and someone making coffee. There was someone taking trash out. Multiple people got into line behind us and I could tell they were getting backed up. One employee did appear and started making orders. He picked up a rack that had water on it and accidentally poured it on one of the sandwiches. He looked at it for a few seconds and poured the water off and dried it with a towel & the first order was ready. Glad that wasn't my order but now I'm watching him. Another person appeared to help with cashiering, there was a long line and instead of being an extra hand, relieved the original cashier for his break. All while someone was still in the process of making coffees do one person made the 8 orders on the board. Glad we were on the front of that list. We got our bagels finally and got out of there.
