  • I contacted them to remove my outside sign at a commercial business. What a disaster. While they were the cheapest of a couple quotes, you really onnly save money, not time or frustration. The sales person wouldn't return calls or emails in a timely manner. Then, they never told me when they actually scheduled the removal. I had the truck waiting on my move out day and called to find out where their guy was, and they said it was scheduled for first thing the next morning! So I made other arrangements to transport my sign the following day. We showed up early, as they dictated, and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I called and they said they would be 4 HOURS LATE. A phone call would have been nice, but "we live in an imperfect world", the guy said, where apparently sh-t service from them is acceptable. Now I have spent two days waiting, and have no transportation for my sign, since they were outside the hours promised. Pay more elsewhere--save yourself from Western Signs & Lighting!
